Principle of integrity and confidentiality: personal data will be processed in a manner that ensures its security and confidentiality.
Principle of proactive accountability: the Data Controller will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the above principles.
6. Categories of Personal Data
The categories of data processed by Futurlytics are limited exclusively to identification data. Under no circumstances does Futurlytics process special categories of personal data as defined in Article 9 of the GDPR.
7. Legal Basis for the Processing of Personal Data
The legal basis for the processing of personal data is consent. Futurlytics is committed to obtaining the express and verifiable consent of the User for the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes.
The User has the right to withdraw their consent at any time. Withdrawing consent will be as easy as giving it. As a general rule, withdrawal of consent will not affect the User's ability to use the Website.
On occasions where the User must or may provide their data through forms to make inquiries, request information, or for reasons related to the content of the Website, they will be informed if completing any of these fields is mandatory because such data is essential for the correct completion of the transaction.
8. Purposes of the Processing of Personal Data
Personal data is collected and managed by Futurlytics for the purpose of facilitating, streamlining, and fulfilling the commitments established between the Website and the User, maintaining the relationship established through the forms the User completes, or responding to a request or inquiry.
Likewise, the data may be used for commercial purposes related to personalization, operations, and statistics, as well as activities inherent to Futurlytics' corporate purpose, including data extraction, storage, and marketing studies to tailor the content offered to the User and to improve the quality, functionality, and browsing experience of the Website.
At the time personal data is obtained, the User will be informed about the specific purpose(s) for which the personal data will be used; that is, how the collected information will be used.
9. Personal Data Retention Periods
Personal data will only be retained for the minimum time necessary for the purposes of its processing and, in any case, only for the following period: 5 years from the User's last interaction, or until the User requests its deletion.
At the time personal data is obtained, the User will be informed of the period during which the personal data will be kept or, when this is not possible, the criteria used to determine that period.
10. Recipients of Personal Data
The User's personal data will be shared with the following recipients or categories of recipients:
Google LLC — provider of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Calendar, based in the United States (international transfer covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).
COFI Solutions, S.L. (Tax ID B13793781) — parent company of the group to which Futurlytics belongs, in the context of the internal provision of shared corporate services.
Should the Data Controller intend to transfer personal data to a third country or international organization, the User will be informed, at the time the data is obtained, of the third country or international organization to which the data is intended to be transferred, as well as the existence or absence of an adequacy decision from the European Commission.
11. Personal Data of Minors
In compliance with Article 8 of the GDPR and Article 7 of Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights, only individuals over the age of 14 may lawfully give consent for the processing of their personal data. In the case of a minor under 14, the consent of the parents or legal guardians will be required for processing, and such processing will only be considered lawful to the extent that it has been authorized by them.
12. Confidentiality and Security of Personal Data
Futurlytics is committed to adopting the technical and organizational measures necessary, according to the security level appropriate to the risk of the data collected, in order to guarantee the security of personal data and to prevent its accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or access, whether transmitted, stored, or otherwise processed.
However, since the impregnability of the internet cannot be fully guaranteed, nor can the total absence of hackers or others who may fraudulently access personal data, the Data Controller undertakes to notify the User without undue delay when a personal data breach occurs that is likely to result in a high risk to the rights and freedoms of individuals. In accordance with Article 4 of the GDPR, a personal data breach is understood as any breach of security leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to, personal data transmitted, stored, or otherwise processed.
Personal data will be treated as confidential by the Data Controller, who undertakes to inform its employees, associates, and any person to whom it makes such information accessible of this obligation, and to ensure, through a legal or contractual obligation, that such confidentiality is respected.
13. Rights Arising from the Processing of Personal Data
The User has, and may therefore exercise against the Data Controller, the following rights recognized under the GDPR and Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights:
Right of access: the User's right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not their personal data is being processed and, if so, to obtain information about their specific personal data and the processing carried out, as well as, among other things, information available about the origin of such data and the recipients of communications made or planned regarding it.
Right of rectification: the User's right to have their personal data corrected if inaccurate or, taking into account the purposes of the processing, completed if incomplete.
Right of erasure ("the right to be forgotten"): the User's right, unless otherwise established by applicable law, to obtain the erasure of their personal data when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or processed; when the User has withdrawn their consent to processing and there is no other legal basis for it; when the User objects to the processing and there is no other legitimate reason to continue it; when the personal data has been unlawfully processed; when the personal data must be erased in compliance with a legal obligation; or when the personal data was obtained in connection with a direct offer of information society services to a minor under 14. In addition to erasing the data, the Data Controller, taking into account available technology and the cost of implementation, must take reasonable steps to inform other controllers processing the personal data of the data subject's request to erase any links to that personal data.
Right to restriction of processing: the User's right to restrict the processing of their personal data. The User has the right to obtain restriction of processing when they contest the accuracy of their personal data; when the processing is unlawful; when the Data Controller no longer needs the personal data but the User needs it to make claims; and when the User has objected to the processing.
Right to data portability: where processing is carried out by automated means, the User has the right to receive their personal data from the Data Controller in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and to transmit it to another controller. Whenever technically possible, the Data Controller will transmit the data directly to that other controller.
Right to object: the User's right to prevent the processing of their personal data or to have Futurlytics cease processing it.
Right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling: the User's right not to be subject to an individual decision based solely on the automated processing of their personal data, including profiling, unless otherwise established by applicable law.

The Website may include hyperlinks or links that allow access to third-party websites other than Futurlytics, and which are therefore not operated by Futurlytics. The owners of such websites will have their own data protection policies, and will themselves, in each case, be responsible for their own records and privacy practices.
15. Complaints to the Supervisory Authority
